Property Marketing Email Blast
 
This email of your new listing will be sent to our email list of Santa Clara County realtors.
 
To be able to accommodate the large amount of requests, we ask that you please review your content carefully and type each line exactly as you would like it sent out as.
 
To ensure fair and effective use of our marketing resources, the following policy applies to the KW Property Marketing Email Blast service:

    Email Blast Limit: Each listing is permitted a maximum of three (3) eBlasts.
     
    •

    Initial Email Blast: The first eBlast may be used when the listing goes live.
     
    •  
  •  
    Follow-up Email Blast: The second and third eBlasts are reserved exclusively for significant listing updates, specifically:
     
        
    •   
      An open house announcement
        
      •   
    •   
      A price reduction
        
      •  
     
    •  
  •  
    Frequency Limit: Only one eBlast per listing may be sent per week, regardless of the reason.
      
     
All agents are expected to adhere to this policy. Any misuse may result in restricted access to the eBlast service.
